Fee Structure

Professional appraisals are conducted on an hourly basis and the fees range from $200-$300 per hour with a 5 hour minimum. This includes the travel (airfare/hotel not included), conducting the actual appraisal including inventory and photographs, research and written report.

Expert testimony and deposition work is billed as a per hour/day basis.
