INVENTORY IS TO LARGE TO PUT ON THE WEB PLEASE CALL AND WE WILL SEND IT TO YOU BY FED EX ON A DISK.
A current appraisal of each store has just been completed and are valued as follows:
1. Paso Robles $192,497.00
2. San Luis Obispo $1,044,211.00
3. Santa Maria $123,638.00
All bids must be in writing and received by 10 am Friday September 5, 2008.

A 10% buyer premium will apply to each purchase. A 25% deposit must accompany each bid, by cashiers check or credit card. Balance due by cashiers check Tuesday September 9, 2008 by 5 pm or deposit will be fortified.
